Everyone deserves safety, a home and a future.

The mission of Project Help Network is to connect vulnerable community members with housing, resources, and individualized services so they can reclaim their futures.

We currently focus on serving homeless veterans and victims of human trafficking.

Veteran Housing & Support Services

Our Shared Housing model addresses both the long-term residential and respite care needs of veterans needing support to live independently.

PHN works to ensure veterans have the individualized services needed to regain life skills and a support network to ensure sustained success.

Why is PHN Needed:

Project Help Network is providing resources to victims of exploitation while educating the public in strategies of intervention, prevention, and identification of human trafficking in Northern Nevada.

What We Do:

Project Help Network aims to make a positive impact in the Northern Nevada community with victims of human trafficking. As successful outcomes are attained, PHN wishes to model this success in neighboring cooperative states.

Our goals will be to enhance community awareness, develop tools to combat human trafficking, and providing a safe and immediate intervention for identified victims in the community.

How PHN will Accomplish This:

PHN staff has created partnerships with local judiciaries, community organizations, and local politicians to establish a statewide collaborative/coalition to discuss and strategize options to combat human trafficking and assist victims currently needing help.

Strategies have been created and developed with education and experience of PHN staff and affiliate organizations. Deriving programming from neighboring states that have proven success rates in the identification and reduction of human trafficking.

Our Resources:

PHN has recruited staff and board members that provide an expertise in the Shared Living Model and Human Trafficking victims. Through this leadership PHN is obtaining grants and other sources of revenue to support these initiatives.

PHN has obtained support from a third-party service to assure PHN has the capacity to comply with grants, contracts, and other programming. This third-party service provides Human Resources, Grant writing, Marketing, and operational guidance.

Our Accomplishments and Future Goals:

Since PHN realigned their mission and vision for the organization, they have been successful in recruiting a new board of directors and appointing an Executive Director.

PHN staff has created a network of supportive organizations and representatives as they create the statewide collaborative and protocols to combat human trafficking.
